Below are the guidelines and considerations for vendors:

Love Fest takes place rain or shine. If your products cannot be outdoors in rain, please contact us the day of the event to let us know you will not be attending.
Vendor set up begins at 11 am , but vendors are welcome to arrive earlier if need be. Please let us know if you will arrive earlier than 11 am. The event begins at 1pm
Vendors are expected to stay until least 8:30/9pm, but are encouraged to stay for the duration of the event. If you wish to leave early please let us know in your registration.
We kindly request that each vendor donate an item of at least a $20 value to be included in the raffle. (Donation receipt forms will be provided to you for your generosity)
Vendors must furnish their own tables, display pieces, and extension cords (if electricity request is confirmed). 2 chairs will be provided per booth upon request.
